Residents have responded to our request for their participation in making a formal application to our homeowner’s association to post signs directing people to the Preserve Vickery website. If Wieland is allowed to post signs throughout our neighborhood promoting their homes, residents should be allowed to post signs directing people to the Preserve Vickery website. In theory, the HOA should not show preference to one party over another.
Our HOA guidelines do not specifically prohibit the posting of signs in our yards, but rather requires approval to post signs. The HOA has control over the design and “content” of signs, so the signs will be designed in the current Vickery for-sale sign format and not contain inflamatory text.
If you volunteered to post a sign in your yard, materials and instructions will be provided to you in the next week.
